I know very little about any of these bands, which is kind of exciting. The description I read in a local paper was interesting enough that I suggested it to MY LOVE. There was nothing else going on this evening that we wanted to see/do, or that we could afford to see/do, so this was our ultimate choice. Otherwise, we would have probably come home and sat on the computer or something wonderful like that. Maybe had some sex outside because the weather is getting so nice. Sometimes it’s fun to go and see a band you have never heard before, but sometimes taking a chance like that can backfire.
MY LOVE and I recently went to a production at a local experimental theatre based solely on the fact that we could get in for free. This, I imagine, was the big selling point for a lot of people. I knew going in that it would not be conventional, and I even braced myself for moments of mild annoyance. What I knew, was the second MY LOVE became uncomfortable or uninterested I was quite happy to leave. And that’s what we did about fifteen minutes into the thing. The production wasn’t horrible, but it was annoying to a point I don’t think either of us were in the mood to put up with, in order to get some laughs. There was a great deal of pointless repetition that got on my nerves very quickly. We could tell it wasn’t going to change much, so we bailed.
For those who might be interested, Rotture is located at 315 SE Third Avenue. The show begins at 9pm, it is six dollars to get in the door, and the bands that are performing are “Evolution Control Committee”, “The Bran Flakes” and “Solovox”. I highly, highly doubt we’ll stay to see “Solovox”. If you are there tonight, and you see us, come say hello.

Thursday evening we went to Club Sesso so that MY LOVE could be suspended by Lew Rubens again. We were also there to view his 3-D photography, which was on display. Below you will find a few professional images, given to us by a friend who attended. The club was open two hours early for this event, and open to the public for free. They were allowing me to shoot video and random photographers to shoot stills. However, they kept the lighting very low, so the quality of the photos isn't nearly as good as anyone had hoped. You should still be able to enjoy them though.
Now you'll be getting into the moments I caught on video. What you are seeing below are screen captures taken from the footage, so the quality is deplorable. Can't do much about that - Photoshop isn't magic. As you'll see, the ladies began to get very well acquainted at one point. The other beauty suspended beside MY LOVE is Osha. She agreed to let me to shoot the video and I have already edited it. It looks nice, but it is very dark. Can't do much about that - iMovie isn't magic either. So, I'll sell the 30+ minutes for some really low price...
And here we have a shot of the cake that I picked up for this event. Lew Rubens is off on a tour and this was kind of his going away party/moment. When I went to get the cake the woman in the bakery took me aside and asked if he was retiring from the porn business. Looking at the picture, I can see where she would get that idea. I told her he was going on tour and that he was into bondage and not porn. She seemed to understand but you have to really wonder how connected to the kinky world a cake decorator could really be?
On a very, VERY sour note: Once the event was over the ladies were untied and the club cleared out. It became a swingers club again and everyone was let back in a few moments later, to have a good time. MY LOVE and I went home instead of sticking around. Lew Rubens apparently took his rope, his portfolio and his bag of personal belongings out to his truck and then went back inside. While he was there some piece of garbage broke into his vehicle and stole everything. As far as I know, he'll still be headed out on his tour today, but had to postpone his departure to do things like close bank accounts, replace passports, etc. I'm sure it completely ruined what should have been a magnificent send off. Rope can be replaced, and so can credit cards. It's a hassle, and you feel violated, but you get over it. Losing the portfolio though... I sure hope he has negatives/copies somewhere.

I dropped MY LOVE off in North Portland today to shoot for a movie called "Stripperland". It is apparently a sexy parody of "Zombieland" only this time it's specifically strippers who are becoming undead, and they are attacking their boyfriends, the pizza delivery guy, etc. MY LOVE was made up to look pretty nasty and she was the one that got to attack the pizza guy. He lay on the porch and she tore chunks of flesh from his neck.
Here we see my sexy zombie stripper girlfriend talking on the phone with her mother while still hungry for male flesh. I took the photo and then locked myself in the office. She is currently taking a nap because we were told you could cure undead disease with some good rest.
I thought this was an independent film but it turns out it's one of those flicks you can rent when you're in your hotel room. I know it's coming out on DVD and all that normal stuff, and we'll be getting a copy as well as going to one of the screenings, but I like that it will also be playing in hotels across the nation. So cool!
It was only two hours of work, and she got paid very little, but it was fun and if nothing else it's another film credit. We'll definitely let you know when it is officially released and how to get a copy.

We're back from Seattle. Maybe MY LOVE will put up a post soon about what she did, and where the results might eventually show up. Apparently things went so well she has already been offered two gigs next month. Pretty exciting!
Tomorrow night – Thursday, July 1st – MY LOVE and I will be at Club Sesso for a 3-D art exhibit and bondage demonstration by Lew Rubens. This is an event you can attend without being a member of the club, and as long as you get there from 6-8pm entry is free. I’ve seen some of Lew’s 3-D photos before and I think they are incredible. That combined with the opportunity to watch him tie up MY CUNT again makes this an evening worth getting excited about. We expect a bit turnout.
Last time Lew tied MY LOVE up it was at the Conservatory, and we were not allowed to take pictures or video. I've been told that there will actually be several photographers around tomorrow night, and it is our hope that Lew will allow us to videotape whatever he does with Catherine de Sade. If not, we know we'll at least have some great photos to share with you.
Come out and see the fabulous 3-D pictures. Watch Lew Rubens tie up and possibly suspend beautiful women like MY LOVE. Stop and introduce yourself… it’s going to be a wonderful evening.

It is 6 a.m. and we are about to drive to Seattle so that MY LOVE can shoot with a company that is going to pay her to hump things. You are going to laugh – she’s supposed to be the “girl/lady next door” type, who you’d think wouldn’t do anything strange or kinky. Ha ha ha! Not that there isn’t an innocent bone in her body, because there is, but this is definitely going to be a bit of acting for her.
The original plan was for MY LOVE/Catherine de Sade to hump a flag pole – actually climb up a real one and dry fuck it – but I guess the people couldn’t find a pole in a secure enough area. In other words, they couldn’t find a place where people wouldn’t catch us. I say us because I was also going to be involved in this shoot, as a lookout. Now it is all taking place inside, so I’ll probably only get to watch. Bummer.
MY LOVE has also been contacted about a part in an independent movie that is being shot here in Portland. The main actor is Daniel Baldwin – of the Baldwin brothers – and she is going to be playing a sexy zombie who attacks and kills the pizza boy. More information on that when we have it…
